And neither one of these variables can determine what our potential is. All of us aren’t able to slam dunk a basketball in a 10 foot goal or run faster than a cheetah, but these limitations on our physical bodies DO NOT limit our potential.

If you’ve been following me for a while you know how big I am on the power of faith. Faith can push us to do things most would consider impossible or very difficult. Faith creates confidence.
Below is a snippet of Hebrews Chapter 11 Verses 1-3 on faith:
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.”
Faith is based on your belief.
All we really got is faith, think about it…. you only turn the light switch on because you BELIEVE the lights will come on. You continue to put one foot in front of the other because you BELIEVE it will move you in the right direction. You only start a new business because you BELIEVE it will be successful.
So here I tell you, Dream Big and have faith in your biggest dreams to make them possible.

Be willing to give out before you give up!! Let’s think in terms of lifting weights… your muscles grow and get stronger from the resistance of not being to lift the weight as freely. The more reps you do, the weaker your Kielce may feel in the moment but when you push that resistance to absolute muscle failure you actually become stronger. Your muscle grows. Let’s start today off with some truth. Impossible is a lie. Someone BELIEVED a piece of metal weighing 75 tons could fly through the air carrying hundreds of people. Someone also BELIEVED a tiny audio device could wirelessly connect to a 2.5 x 4 inch digital mobile device and play your favorite music. What someone may have thought was impossible 1000 years ago is past possible today.
You are very much capable of doing the exact same things that one of your peers thinks is impossible, but do YOU BELIEVE it is possible is what truly matters. There are no limitations in this life we live except the limitations we believe in. Be great, young Leader, and Dream Big!!

Hello to the leaders. Lately I’ve been focusing on enhancing the gifts God has blessed me with. I’ve become aware of the potential I have in pursuing my dreams and I couldn’t help but to share this new journey with my fellow leaders.
First let’s understand what potential really is… Potential is dormant ability, reserved power, untapped strength, unused success, hidden talents, or capped capability. Potential is everything you can be but have not yet become. Potential is unlimited power. Yes, unlimited. It is our purpose to reach our potential or at least give 100% effort towards reaching it. If we want to maximize the power of our abilities and gifts, we have to focus on reaching our potential. We have to learn to live for the moment giving every second of our life 100% effort.
Once you become aware that you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to, you will hold the key to unlock the true value of what’s inside of you. You can be as great as you allow yourself to be. You set the limit. As for me, I have no limitations. Dream Big, leaders!!!
